Cruise and Cook

Cruise and Cook is a catch-and-cook day: you head out on a boat to fish, and whatever you bring in is cooked for you afterwards. It's one of the most satisfying ways to eat on the island, because the meal on your plate is the one you pulled out of the water a little earlier.

You don't need to be an experienced angler to enjoy it. It's a relaxed outing for couples, families or a group of friends who'd rather spend the day with the sea breeze than in a busy excursion crowd. Our first call for it is Captain Joe of Roatan Reef Explorer Tours, who also takes our guests out fishing.
