Water taxi

The quick, breezy boat hop between West End and West Bay

Getting around

West End and West Bay sit only a couple of miles apart, but the nicest way between them is by water. A small water taxi runs along the shoreline in a few minutes, skipping the road entirely and giving you a view of the reef and the beach from the sea. It is how a lot of locals and regulars get to dinner, to the beach or back to their hotel.

We'll set up your ride for the time you need, whether that is a morning trip to the beach or a return after dinner, and we'll assign the boat once you request it. There are daytime and nighttime options, so you are not stuck if your evening runs late.

Highlights

  • Fastest way between West End and West Bay
  • A short, scenic ride along the reef line
  • Daytime and nighttime options available
  • We arrange the boat so you don't have to haggle

Good to know

  • Picks up and drops off at the West End and West Bay docks.
  • Per person: $5 one way or $10 round trip by day; $10 one way after 8 PM.
  • Expect to get a little splashed; keep phones and cameras in a bag.
  • For nighttime rides, let us know your time in advance.
